As a Business Development Representative at Freightbull Logistics, you will develop your own book of business with customers who will benefit from Freightbull’s asset-based and non-asset-based transportation services. You will prioritize problem solving and proactive communication to build and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships. Acting as the single point of contact for your customers, your energy and attitude will be critical in determining what you can achieve in our unlimited earning potential model.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish relationships to grow your book of business.
  • Research leads, uncover new opportunities, and guide decision makers towards utilizing Freightbull transportation services.
  • Create value for your customers by proactively solving operational needs with both established and creative tactics.
  • Contribute to the Freightbull growth story. We are growing and expect our team to be committed and eager to add to that growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed effort and performance metrics.

Requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior sales experience preferred, with logistics sales experience being an added plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness and persistence to handle complicated, time-sensitive challenges.
  • Eagerness to collaborate in a team environment and a passion for learning and developing new skills.
  • Intelligent time management skills with a priority on profitable activity.
