Business Development Representative | Austin, Texas (On-site) | Full-time We're BB Imaging, a sonographer-owned imaging company with a reputation for excellence. It's our mission to improve health outcomes by making high-quality ultrasound accessible for every patient.

We're doing this through comprehensive onsite services as well as an innovative, FDA-cleared telesonography® solution, TeleScan®. We are making a huge impact, and as one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing companies, we need your help. We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive revenue generation for our onsite ultrasound services. You'll be directly involved in pipeline development, nurturing warm leads, and closing deals.

Travel throughout the United States is required for this position. Your destinations could include (but are not limited to) Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Oregon, and Washington. In return, we offer a positive work environment that places your health and wellbeing at the center.

Expand our network of prospects, communicate with leads, and close deals quickly. Target and develop new opportunities with potential clients that fit our target market and ideal customer profile.

Identify prospects' specific needs and pain points for customized product demos. Facilitate contract terms and communicate those terms to internal stakeholders. Build trust and grow our reputation in the industry.

Accurately forecast new and existing bookings. Please note that the duties and responsibilities of this position are subject to change and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed. IS THIS YOU?

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare industry Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proven ability to establish new client relationships, develop new territory, and exceed assigned sales targets Naturally detail-oriented, execution-focused, and self-motivated Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to problem-solve on the fly Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future BONUS POINTS: Solution-selling experience with track record of exceeding assigned sales targets History of successfully taking software product to market in the healthcare industry Firm knowledge of healthcare senior executives as a stakeholder group Proficiency in HubSpot BB Imaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fair hiring practices that support women and babies in underserved communities.
