We are Cardiac Imaging, Inc. (www.cardiacscan.org) the leading national provider of Cardiac PET imaging services. We provide innovative, cutting-edge diagnostic imaging to the medical community. As we continue to grow, we currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Business Development Representative who is up for the challenge.

As a member of our team, you would be responsible for the business development efforts of the mobile services division of Cardiac Imaging, Inc. in your assigned territory. You will offer our diagnostic imaging services to physician offices through research to identify potential accounts, and solicit those accounts using a consultative sales approach to build rapport and engage key decision-makers. Expectations of success entail you scheduling meetings with those decision makers for the VP/Director of Business Development to close the deal.

You will be supported by a top tier operations and sales team; assisting with technical discussions and the delivery of our highly demanded service. Youll be expected to provide daily, weekly and monthly metrics to executive management regarding leads and accounts.

Requirements

  • Two or more years related business-to-business selling experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Comfortable spending 100% of time in the field under a virtual reporting relationship
  • Self-started, goal-driven approach with great follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to efficiently assess the viability of opportunities

You will serve as the lead point of contact for qualifying and closing business with new clients/prospects while building and nurturing trusted relationships. This position requires outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our client organization and internally at AIIR.</p><p>While no two days are alike, you can expect to:</p><ul> <li>Devote all of your time to business development efforts</li> <li>Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in accordance with targets and company expectations</li> <li>Flawlessly handle all inbound marketing leads to qualify as sales opportunities</li> <li>Aggressively follow up on all leads/referrals from event, conferences and webinars </li> <li>Conduct research, engage with confidence, communicate timely and meticulously document your efforts in HubSpot</li> <li>Conduct effective needs analysis for qualified sales opportunities</li> <li>Seamlessly handoff qualified sales opportunities, or pursue to close, depending on size of opportunity.</li> <li>Partner with CRO and Service Line Leaders to develop effective sales messaging</li> <li>Develop business insights based on data analysis and translate into actionable activities</li> <li>Build and maintain a steady flow of new meetings/opportunities</li> <li>Provide accurate and timely analysis of monthly goals, results, and forecasts</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Proven working experience as a Business Development Representative (3+ years) or similar experience in a client facing role</li> <li>Demonstrated sales track record</li> <li>Highly polished interpersonal communication skills and a drive to connect with people and develop rapport</li> <li>Self-direction with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills</li> <li>Possess a learning mindset and a willingness to adapt to a fast paced environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of leadership development and executive coaching is preferred</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We have the benefits you’ve come to expect relative to medical, dental, and vision insurance and PTO.
