We are seeking a Business Development Position for our busy recruiting firm. You will conduct calls and presentations to new clients about our recruiting services. NOTE: This is a virtual/remote position and would require you to work from home, provide your own computer and internet, etc.

Mission Recruiting is a full service general recruiting firm focused on providing the best recruiting experience for its clients, candidates and team members. We work with any organization that needs a true recruiting partner and proudly offer the best recruiting process in the industry.

We recently celebrated our fifth year in business and our continuing to grow. Weve added nine clients so far this quarter and have already surpassed our target goal of new client acquisition by 30% for the year.

Weve provided top-notch recruiting services for clients in fifteen states and have helped more than 100 clients fill their rosters. We are looking to continue this growth by bringing in a new business development account manager.



Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales goals and metrics
  • Contact new clients about recruiting services via phone, social media, email, meetings
  • Meet with/network referral partners to generate new business
  • Send/Secure agreements
  • Create proposals, negotiate terms



Qualifications:

  • Ability to work full time
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruiting
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software

Travel:

  • Opportunity to meet with clients face to face (up to 30%)

Job Description REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: VPI Claims Supervisor CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Promptly and effectively processes all new and pending medical claims in accordance with the appropriate work flow. Review veterinary diagnosis and codes claims in accordance with policy provisions. Ensures completion of claims by coding and processing or sending claims to appropriate workflow. * Determines coverage (i.e., pre-existing conditions, breed specific and/or hereditary conditions) and approves benefits and eligibility of each claim based on the terms and conditions of the policy. * Accurately processes claims based on established criteria, provider contract plan and employer group provisions. * Requests, reviews and evaluates requested medical records or treatment notes for determination of resolving claims. * Ensures proper documentation in compliance with Company policies and practices. Record the final disposition of claims, including denial and/or issuing payment. * Identifies and notifies management of questionable claims.Identifies and notifies management of questionable risks. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Undergraduate degree in Biology, Zoology or related Animal Science field preferred. License/Certification/Designation: State licensing and/or other certification as required. Associates must obtain the required Federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the time period designated by the business unit. Additional licenses/registrations may be required when new products and services are implemented.
