The Role

As a Business Development Operations Analyst, you do more than just support our leaders; you track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate needs to free up your team to focus their time and attention on the problems they are best equipped to solve. This position requires a combination of administrative, project management, process optimization, and execution skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of professional and personal administrative responsibilities such as: expenses, travel, and calendaring. You leverage your strength in organization and thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive and impactful as possible. You maintain incredible accuracy and flexibility when completing any given task and are committed to seeing every project through to its completion. You take ownership and step up when things go wrong; even if a problem is outside your area of expertise, you make the first move to fix it.Communication is one of your greatest strengths and you excel at constructing order out of chaos.

You will also be responsible for driving projects forward and owning their outcomes, either via delegation or direct ownership. You will need to be innovative, self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of dealing with complex interpersonal dynamics. You will be a part of a team of talented individuals who are just as passionate about supporting one another as they are about Palantir's mission. Core Responsibilities

  • Work on many different types of problems and challenges from managing complex projects, to providing execution support with existing teams.

  • Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable the teams / projects you support to use their resources most effectively.

  • Partner with Palantir's internal stakeholders to scope projects / initiatives and deliver results on-time, on-budget, and at a high quality bar.

  • Plan offsites and events to promote cohesion and awareness of work across large teams.

  • Handle complex calendars and prioritize commitments to maximize time and productivity.

  • Leverage the collective knowledge of the team learn and develop expertise to cover a critical gap or bolster and important effort / project, internalize feedback, and take charge of your personal growth

They work cross-functionally with business development, engineering, data science, product, and marketing to design and execute growth and distribution initiatives. Successful growth and distribution is central to our mission and represents a growing global impact for the business and for Vevo's artist and label partners. The Business Operations Growth and Development Analyst role will support a variety of initiatives: informing product roadmaps to meet the business needs, evangelizing and running experiments, on-boarding and monitoring distribution partnerships, and ensuring efficient communication of Vevo's value to our label partners. As a member of our team you will * Provide analytical support for Vevo's Product, Engineering and Content teams to develop key insights and suggestions on how to optimize Vevo's Audience Growth * Collaborate across business functions quickly and work with a diverse set of key Vevo and record label stakeholders. * Partner with Business Development to evaluate new partnership opportunities, prepare analyses in support of negotiations and develop recommendations to present to key stakeholders * Partner with Vevo's data scientists to design, implement, and evangelize experiments that can extend our understanding of Vevo video performance and inform business strategy. * Build, automate and support actionable dashboards for reporting on Vevo's content portfolio. * Analyze source traffic patterns in order to reveal non-obvious insights about what drives channel success. * Support daily, weekly and monthly reporting around Vevo's network and use it to help business partners identify opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
