Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including: sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management, training, and marketing support
Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships
Generate leads through cold calling, telemarketing, referrals, and site visits
Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and in person visits
Resolve client complaints and inquiries
Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
Submit orders and paperwork, as required. Submit activity reports, as required
Attend marketing events and conferences to acquire clients
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Salesperson/Business Development Representative
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, door knocking, and networking
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) a bonus
Familiarity with MS Excel, G Suite (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and marketing both yourself and the company
Participate in training provided by the company and take the initiative to train individually
