We are on the hunt for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Sales Pro within the Central Florida market. We are looking to become one of the best HVAC companies in Florida. We are seeking out motivated individuals who are interested in an opportunity to grow and be a part of our award-winning culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and Plumbing needs.
Acute understanding of HVAC products, services, and system design.
Highly organized planner who can manage multiple initiatives at once, proactively prioritize the most important initiatives based on future company needs and communicate the reasoning as needed.
Business development and new customer acquisition, cold calling when necessary
Account management of existing customer relationships
Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program.
Have experience utilizing CRM software for the sales process.
Serve as the champion of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
Qualifications:
Sales experience with proven success in the HVAC or Plumbing industry
Proven sales experience through cold calling
Able and willing to connect with the community.
Excellent communication skills, listening, speaking, writing.
Hard-working and results-driven.
Proficient with smartphones, computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Professional and clean-cut
Physically able to climb ladders as needed.
Be able to work from our new office in Belleview just outside of Ocala.
