JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Phone and web based prospecting with a pre-defined account list to identify qualified leads. All leads will be required to be fully qualified. Initiate and drive the discovery process on all new accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing organizations to identify areas of opportunity. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing and nurturing lead opportunities across all Key Vertical. Key role is working in tandem with Senior Leadership Team and Directors of Business Development for Customer Lifecycle Management, Digital Marketing, Renewals Services, and Technology Engagement (Website and App) Services.

Possessing prior experience in one of our following ten key verticals is recommended and preferred:

  • Banking & Financial Services(BFS)

  • Automotive

  • Government & Public Sector

  • Healthcare & Pharma

  • Insurance

  • Media & Communications

  • Retail & eCommerce

  • Consumer Electronics

  • Technology

  • Travel, Transportation & Tourism

Qualification/Education and Experience

College degree or relevant experience required.

Possess a minimum of three years of experience developing demand, creating leads or selling consultative services.

Strongest consideration given to candidates with Digital Marketing, Technology Enablement, and Mobility Solutions

Skills:

Excellent communication, written and verbal; and organizational skills

Strong leadership and persuasive presentation skills

Documented track record of success in lead generation and or selling

Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers

Social Selling

This unique, techno-functional position is part of a dynamic and exciting BAE Systems team: Financial Systems and Solutions. The team is a full business partner delivering trusted, innovative, and bold solutions that support the critical financial business requirements of the Combat Mission Systems Finance/Accounting functions, within the Platforms and Services Sector. As the EVMS Schedule and Risk Business Systems Analyst, under limited direction, the selected individual will be responsible for the following: * Administration and ownership of Deltek Open Plan, Acumen Fuse, and MS Project Integration, including potential outside business hours support for critical production issues or ensuring customer deliverables are met * Subject Matter Expert developing system driven solutions to meet complex business requirements or resolve issues for functional responsibility * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant discipline(s), industry practices, trends, and applications, advising management on new developments and programs * Key member and trusted advisor across the EVMS and Program Finance functions * Ensuring solutions encompass holistic Business System: People, Processes, and Tools * Governance of system and related process changes to ensure enterprise solutions are developed and meet the needs of all Combat Mission Systems programs * Develop and/or maintain training and associated documentation * First level support for the end-user community * Continuously seek and identify opportunities for efficiency and competitiveness * Maintain growth mindset, leveraging near-term opportunities to expand business capability (PM Compass) and personal growth (EVMS Costing) Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Management and 4+ years of experience in DoD environment. * Working knowledge of schedule tools such as Open Plan Professional (latest version), Microsoft Project (latest version), Acumen Fuse and Risk, and Excel * In-depth understanding of program schedule/cost, earned value management, monitoring and measurement of progress, identifying and solving program-wide issues, and standard customer requirements * Working knowledge of contractual, program, and technical topics as they relate to program scheduling and execution * Demonstrated progressive EVMS growth * Ability to effectively utilize all collaborative and communication tools (ex.
