Girikon is looking to onboard an organized and detail-oriented "Business Development Manager" to assist with Business Development Manager and Marketing activities. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner, outstanding listener, and an enthusiastic team-player with proven Business Development & Marketing experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent understanding of CRM, PPC, SEO, SEM & SMM, Content Marketing including how they work, fit together, and collectively drive business objectives.

  • Proficiency in preparing Business Development Plan & Marketing Plan.

  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn etc)

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

  • Writing content for website and other marketing activities

  • internet marketing campaigns

  • Attend events to create awareness about expertise of company, identify and attract Prospective clients.

  • Schedule meetings with Prospective clients.

  • Partner with managers to determine staffing needs.

  • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all company records and information.

  • Attend different technology, non-technology & networking events.

  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.

  • Managing Prospects & follow up on periodic basis.

  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.

  • Should work with both onsite & offshore teams as required.


  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Digital Marketing & Business Development.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • 'Passion' for Marketing & Business Development.

  • Strong knowledge and ability in social media marketing tactics.

  • Ability to use various analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends to infer action items

  • Strong client-service capabilities with thorough follow-up.

  • Solid knowledge of content management

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to coordinate for desired output

  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital / marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Willing to attend various events as required.
