As a Business Development Manager in our Environment Group, you will establish relationships with CEOs, VPs, and other top executives throughout the Water and Wastewater Industry. Your commitment to fully understanding your clients' goals and challenges will enable you to help them solve their biggest problems, growing their business and ours.
A pioneer in developing online marketplaces, VertMarkets owns and operates a variety of industry-specific Web sites. As a leader in business-to-business brand publishing, we are dedicated to providing our audience with the most up-to-date original content and analysis while building deeper and more profitable relationships for our advertisers. This particular role will focus on Water Online which,since 1995, has been connecting technology suppliers to water and wastewater professionals across municipal and industrial markets.

Because we want to reward our employees for their hard work and success, you'll receive a generous base salary while you're in training. Upon completion of our training program, you'll continue to receive a base salary plus commissions on all sales that you close.

Ability to travel six to eight times a year

Expertise with a longer, more complex sales cycle, with multiple decision makers
