You will lead the charge in finding and securing brand new Logo clients who are seeking business solutions in IoT, Software Engineering, Business Process Optimization, and Application Engineering within our vertical markets. Your team will discover, develop, and close new business with qualified prospects having a need for innovative business applications that significantly improve performance and bottom-line results.
You will be Successful in this role if you possess:
Exceptional ability to use all modern business development tools and techniques to discover, develop and close new business deals in todays hyper-competitive sales environment.
Proven skills in selling Offshoring services in mid-to-large Fortune 1000 companies.
High energy, confidence, persistence and the right Sales DNA to get the job done.
The ability to secure meetings (F2F, Webinar or Teleconference) with key decision makers by understanding and explaining our Unique Value Propositions (UVP).
The ability to coordinate sales, marketing, and executive team activities in successfully achieving target objectives.
Your background should include the following:
At least 4-7 years of experience in consultative services sales, preferably working with a business application development firm with offshore capabilities.
Proven success selling IT services, software applications, application development, and/or software engineering solutions into medium-large corporations.
Sales of offshoring, outsourcing or leveraged computer technologies.
Management of the end-to-end sales process, working with our subject matter experts (SME) and presales teams to identify target markets, deliver on-site presentations, RFI/RFQ bid responses, proposal development, negotiation, and deal signing.
Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services, consulting, enterprise solutions. The ability to sell unique value-based solutions that address critical business problems.
Proficiency using a CRM system for outbound business development, deal tracking, forecasting, reporting, ratio analysis, and managing day-to-day sales activity.
Expertise with technology (laptop, internet, mobile-proficient, social media, Microsoft Office suite.)
Ability to travel 50-70 % of time.
