Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our healthcare A.B.A. agency located in the heart of Midwood. Our agency specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (A.B.A.) services to individuals with healthcare needs. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact in the Midwood community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase our client base.

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing partnerships with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, government agencies, and advocacy groups.

– Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative service offerings and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

– Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.

– Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders to showcase the value and benefits of our services.

– Monitor and analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

– Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or A.B.A. industry.

– Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, insurance reimbursement processes, and industry dynamics.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

– Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
