Job Title: Business Development Manager
Looking for an experienced, results driven Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for growing sales revenue, by targeting and developing new business.
Takes initiative in a sales & marketing leadership role by increasing revenues within the geographic territory.
Develop and maintain client relationships with key decision makers for these target accounts, through sales calls, networking events and written communication.
Deliver consistent, quarterly sales performance while exceeding expected revenue targets
Maximize resources and tools available to establish and maintain an opportunity pipeline 3-4X assigned quota
Sales Execution: Prospect, qualify and execute all opportunities using their proven Sales Process
Operational Excellence: Provide accurate and detailed revenue forecasting and deliver consistent, quarterly sales performance, while exceeding expected revenue target
Ensure long term customer success: transition new client relationships to our customer success team
7-10+ years of proven sales experience.
Experience in building, developing and motivating a high performance and accountable sales team that is committed to results.
Developing sales forecasts, business strategies, budgets, quotas, and business plans.
Developing and delivering presentations, both internal and external.
Designing and developing sales organizations that are models for success within the industry.
Experience in law enforcement domain preferred.
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
Ability to maintain a high degree of motivation during long sales cycles.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, Law Enforcement Officers and government officials.
Travel as needed for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
