About the Role:

Are you ready to elevate your career and make a real impact? We're searching for an unstoppable Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and build game-changing relationships with potential clients in their vertical within your area of responsibility. If you're a sales dynamo who thrives on networking, lead generation, and taking the industry by storm, we want you on our team!

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
  • Commission Potential: With on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $60,000 - $120,000, this is a highly compensated position where your performance directly fuels your success!

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth: Cultivate relationships, generate "whale" leads, and uncover new opportunities to keep the sales pipeline bursting.

  • Face-to-Face Magic: Meet clients in person, pitch our services like a pro, and secure profitable deals that exceed expectations.

  • Industry Presence: Participate in trade associations, lead committees, and take center stage in networking events to represent us as the partner of choice.

  • Marketing Maven: Shine at tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events, both during and beyond office hours, and maximize your social presence.

  • Sales Goals: Hit ambitious individual sales targets through relentless client meetings, calls, emails, and beyond.

You're Perfect For Us If:

  • You've got 3+ years of outside sales experience and a proven record of building profitable client relationships. Restoration experience? Even better!

  • Networking is your superpower, and you can effortlessly attend evening functions twice a week.

  • CRM systems like SalesForce are second nature to you, and you leverage Microsoft Office like a wizard.

  • You've got a valid driver's license and a driven, unstoppable, team-first attitude.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
