This Business Development Manager will an "on the ground" company ambassador generating new business and real estate agent relationships for the company.

Knowledgeable in the Real Estate industry is a plus: Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of the real estate process and industry. They should be able to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Be the face and feet on the ground of the brand
Call, visit and conduct events to introduce consumers and real estate agents to the brand
Build and maintain relationships with potential real estate partners
Network and collaborate with other real estate agents to maintain market awareness, and attending and hosting monthly agent facing events, brokers opens, and open houses
Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
4-Year College Degree
2-5 years of outside sales experience
Professional presence and demeanor with the ability to travel throughout the city to represent the brand at networking and social events
Strong relationship building skills as well as strong persuasion and negotiating skills
Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record
Must possess current US work authorization
