Qualifications
Career Services A minimum of three years of experience in career services or a relevant business environment/ function required. (Required) Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated initiative, creative thinking, and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment required. (Required) Professional demeanor, including tact and discretion, with a track record of establishing positive client relationships required. (Required) Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and ability to communicated to variety of stakeholders and audiences required. (Required) Comfortable proactively reaching out to contacts, cold-calling company representatives, and establishing a relationship on behalf of UCLA Anderson required. (Required) Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including various levels of employer representatives, Anderson staff, faculty, and students required. Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. (Required) Experience or understanding of graduate business school environment, particularly in career services, preferred. (Preferred) Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and a willingness and enthusiasm to learn internal systems and social media required. (Required) Comfort with CRM systems and processes (i.e. Salesforce, 12Twenty, etc.); track record of learning new technical systems for data capture and communication required. (Required) Comfortable with ambiguity--knowing when to make decisions without complete information, knowing when to ask questions and when to engage other stakeholders required. (Required) Position is expected to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote); flexibility to work extended hours, including early morning, evening and weekends during peak times. (Required) Ability to travel both domestically and internationally to visit target organizations. Possession of a valid California Driver's license, insurance and no restrictions from driving throughout the United States. Travel periods may peak in November (for Trek/DOJ week) and in winter/spring. (Required) Demonstrate comfort with daily administrative tasks; including data entry, calendar management and all travel planning and expense reporting. Demonstrated success working team-oriented and highly collaborative environment required. (Required)
