BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT CAESARSTONE:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in outside sales, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES::

  • Outside Sales Emphasis: Focus on engaging with customers in person, conducting face-to-face meetings, and visiting client locations to understand their needs firsthand.

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts through regular site visits, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross selling.

  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the premium countertop market. Conduct market research and attend industry events to expand our client base.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the outside sales environment, including route planning, territory management, and maximizing face-to-face interactions.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Network effectively to generate leads and referrals.

  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our premium countertop product range during in person meetings and presentations. Showcase product features, benefits, and advantages over competitors to persuade potential clients.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a similar role, ideally within the home improvement, construction, or premium home decor industry.

  • Strong Product Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in premium products, materials, and relevant applications is highly desirable.

  • Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal teams.

  • Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise effective sales strategies.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments.

  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders demonstrating company values and focusing on well in unison with the Canadian Sales Team, stakeholders and demonstrate excellent people skills.
  • Strong proficiency with technology, specifically experience with SalesForce and other CRM applications.

  • Must possess a valid current driver license.
