BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT CAESARSTONE:

As a Business Development Manager specializing in outside sales, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES::
Outside Sales Emphasis: Focus on engaging with customers in person, conducting face-to-face meetings, and visiting client locations to understand their needs firsthand.
Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts through regular site visits, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross selling.
New Business Development: Proactively prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the premium countertop market. Conduct market research and attend industry events to expand our client base.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the outside sales environment, including route planning, territory management, and maximizing face-to-face interactions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Network effectively to generate leads and referrals.
Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our premium countertop product range during in person meetings and presentations. Showcase product features, benefits, and advantages over competitors to persuade potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a similar role, ideally within the home improvement, construction, or premium home decor industry.
Strong Product Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in premium products, materials, and relevant applications is highly desirable.
Relationship Building Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal teams.
Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise effective sales strategies.
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
