What youll do at Lightelligence:

  • Have ownership over product positioning, market research and business development of networking products based on silicon photonics.
  • Explore customer needs, promote the company's products and solutions, and expand new customers and cooperation channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, product, research, and interact with external partners and customers to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with customer needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales, marketing or BD experience in high-speed SERDES interconnect solutions.
  • Possess a deep technical and application understanding of high-speed SERDES and transceiver, and grasp market and industry trends.
  • Proven expertise in creating technical requirements and delivering solutions to Hyperscale Data Centers / Cloud, HPC, and Telco markets.
  • Possess deep understanding of networking and computing interface protocols and typical use cases for standards such as PCI Express, Ethernet, InfiniBand, Fibre channel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • A successful sales case of advanced packaged chips is preferred.

We are a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and a registered commodity trading advisor and commodity pool operator with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).</p><p>Job Description</p><p>This individual, based in Boston, will be responsible for Arrowstreet's business development and consulting relationship management efforts in a large territory in the US. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will work alongside other BDMs and Client Relationship Managers in Boston and London. The role reports to the Head of Business Development &amp; Consultant Relations.</p><p>The candidate must have proven business development expertise and a demonstrated record of accomplishment defining the institutional prospective universe, establishing and executing a robust and creative marketing plan, and building sophisticated relationships with investment consultants. In addition the individual will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with a number of internal business partners, effectively communicate complex investment methodologies, and handle numerous tasks simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage opportunities and projects on their own, as well as manage and work in a team environment.</p><p>This person must be a self-motivated, intellectually curious, and confident professional who is comfortable working independently. Significant travel and flexibility of working hours is expected.
