We are looking for Sales Professionals with experience in Software Testing or IT Sales background, who will be responsible for driving sales of Software Testing/QA Services. The ideal candidate will promote TestingXperts in the market and will build relationships with clients and IT Services partners promoting TestingXperts brand and offerings in the Testing Services space. It is also expected for you to generate new clientele and hitting revenue targets through proactive sales.
Sales responsibilities:
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business for QA/Testing Services
Sell testing Services deals to blue chip organizations
Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities with accurate account mapping.
To mature leads and create them into identifiable Sales opportunities.
To build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize in sales.
To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation and support them in lead qualification process.
Lead CIO/IT director/ Head of Testing level business meetings in blue chip organizations to position these deals
Establishment and management of sales forecasting and reporting
Sell testing services involving service delivery from offshore locations outside America as well as onsite
Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account
Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management
Continuous improvement of customer relationship management
Desired Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience within the IT services industry in USA
Experience in offshore outsourcing a plus
Strong communication skills and experience delivering executive level presentations
3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM tool for the managing of accounts, opportunity pipeline, and contacts
3+ years of experience with using MS PowerPoint to prepare and deliver presentations
3+ years of experience with MS Excel including the building cost models and resource utilization plans
3+ years of experience with MS Word including the ability be develop sales proposals with style sheets, table of contents, and custom headers & footers.
Ability to learn and present latest QA trends and tools used in Software Testing Industry.

The Enterprise Business Development Manager hires, develops, and coaches a seasoned team of lead generation professionals with at least one year's experience in SaaS business development. The Enterprise Business Development Reps are responsible for the first point of contact with prospective AppFolio customers in the top end of our market and carry out an integral part of our customer acquisition strategy. The Enterprise Business Development Manager will be a mentor and lead sales professionals to success and enable their growth through the organization. In this role, you will partner with each Rep. to strategically target and win high-value accounts. You'll ensure the foundation of a strong and mutually beneficial relationship between AppFolio and it's new customers is laid throughout all touchpoints. The ideal candidate for this role has proven experience in inspiring a team to achieve goals and penetrating large enterprise accounts in addition to delivering an overall business and sales strategy. Responsibilities: * Hire, Train, and Manage a team of seasoned Business Development Reps and conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions that ensure quality KPIs, skills development, and career growth * Achieve goals on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis * Work closely with Field Sales Managers and Reps to ensure success on an account-by-account basis * Coach Reps to develop Strategic Account Plans for all accounts, aligning our understanding of the prospect's organizational structure and business model with AppFolio's products and services * Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, managing, and incentive creation * Identify marketing challenges and opportunities, working closely with Marketing on new campaigns that innovate what we're saying, who we're saying it to, and how we're saying it * Regularly report on and broadcast Team/Individual Results – Activity Levels, Sales Metric Results, and % of Pipeline and Bookings sourced by Business Development Team * Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity * Assess/evaluate competitors and aggregate product needs Skills & Knowledge: * 3-5+ years experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a mid-market, field, or enterprise role * Consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations * 1+ years Management experience including proven skills in performance management, coaching, and motivation * Understanding of "what makes a great place to work" and ability to contribute to that reality * Create customized campaigns, refine pitches based on client needs to deliver results, and the ability to train others to do so * Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, modeling) and strong working knowledge of the features and limitations of Salesforce.com * Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred Appfolio Dallas TX
