We are looking for Sales Professionals with experience in Software Testing or IT Sales background, who will be responsible for driving sales of Software Testing/QA Services. The ideal candidate will promote TestingXperts in the market and will build relationships with clients and IT Services partners promoting TestingXperts brand and offerings in the Testing Services space. It is also expected for you to generate new clientele and hitting revenue targets through proactive sales.
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business for QA/Testing Services
Sell testing Services deals to blue chip organizations
Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities with accurate account mapping.
To mature leads and create them into identifiable Sales opportunities.
To build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize in sales.
To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation and support them in lead qualification process.
Lead CIO/IT director/ Head of Testing level business meetings in blue chip organizations to position these deals
Establishment and management of sales forecasting and reporting
Sell testing services involving service delivery from offshore locations outside America as well as onsite
Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account
Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management
Continuous improvement of customer relationship management
Desired Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience within the IT services industry in USA
Experience in offshore outsourcing a plus
Strong communication skills and experience delivering executive level presentations
3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM tool for the managing of accounts, opportunity pipeline, and contacts
3+ years of experience with using MS PowerPoint to prepare and deliver presentations
3+ years of experience with MS Excel including the building cost models and resource utilization plans
3+ years of experience with MS Word including the ability be develop sales proposals with style sheets, table of contents, and custom headers & footers.
Ability to learn and present latest QA trends and tools used in Software Testing Industry.
