As a Sr Supervisor in Account Management with Honeywell Intelligrated you will supervise all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our USS (United Sortation Solutions) organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions in a fast and innovative working environment. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization

Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization

  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

  • Strong experience in distribution/sortation/conveyor automation environment

  • Excellent business acumen and ability to lead a cross-functional team

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

VIEW JOBS 10/22/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-20T00:00 Overview The Business Process Manager will partner with Product Development, Regulatory, Marketing and Supply Chain in the Product Lifecycle management and Stage Gate process management. The focus spans from upfront innovation, through development and into commercialization. This role will be responsible for Domestic & International. Use of the Oracle PLM module will be a key component in this role. Responsibilities * Identifies cross-functional operational processes and standards to business practices that support Product Life Cycle management. * Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement within Product Development, Marketing and Regulatory and integrate with Supply Chain and appropriate Councils as necessary. * Provides effective leadership, direction and coaching to any indirect and direct and indirect reports. * Develops and executes stage gate tools and PLM tools as to address s opportunities, efficiencies and process improvements. * Actively manage and communicate updates on projects to the key stake holders. Identify tools and techniques that will achieve effective and efficient communication globally. * Collects and provides performance measures, develops reports, and analyzes findings to identify areas for process improvement (project prioritization) as well as lessons learned as part of the PLM. * Takes part in creating solutions, implementing and integrating solutions and managing the evolution. * Develops action plans and processes, in coordination with management team, for integrating activities and optimizing department resources to meet major goals and objectives. * Understands customer's business drivers and changes in priorities. Leads and owns engagements with remote groups: Vendors, employees in other Medifast facilities and departments. * Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications and documentation. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * BA or BS degree; MBA preferred. * 5-7 years consulting for Supply Chain and/or project management. * 3 years of people management experience * Must have proven business knowledge of project management and commercialization, and stage gate process management. Knowledge of PLM Oracle, Lean Six Sigma and experience with international markets are a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
