As the Business Development Manager, youll lead Glides marketplace strategy, engaging with lenders, title companies, insurance providers and other value-added services to improve the real estate transaction experience for our growing user base of 100,000+ real estate agents and consumers. Youre an ideal candidate if you have experience building a marketplace of vendors, developing and managing partner relationships, and a strong interest in real estate, technology or both.

You Will:

Identify and reach out to potential partners in the industry
Create financial models and analyze opportunities
Negotiate and structure a wide variety of deals
Collaborate with Account Management to integrate preferred vendors of high-value customers
Collaborate with Product to optimize the user experience and maximize sales
Participate in product planning and strategy discussions
Help us grow the business in unexpected ways

Requirements

You have a minimum of five (5) years of business development experience
You have a Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in real estate
You have successfully met quarterly KPIs / OKRs with demonstrated success at driving net new revenue
You've prospected new partner relationships and negotiated new contract agreements
You are comfortable in driving results throughout the entire life cycle (on-boarding, implementation, product feedback, upsell)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good charisma and communication skills
Excited about early stage opportunities

Position Summary Position Summary The role provides an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the development and maintenance of external partnerships, and to support internal business development efforts in cross functional activities required for our partnerships. Duties and Responsibilities Business Development 30% * Support Business Development activities in operational roles. Maintain data rooms Alliance Management 50% * Support existing partnerships through building trust with current and future collaborators. * In the early stages of partnership discussions, this includes identification of performance and development goals of the business partners, documentation of background and history of BD discussions, and maintenance of timely communication with partners * For existing alliances, track ongoing program progress against development plans and periodically report progress and findings * Assist with development of partner handbooks and lead routine internal & external updates * Attend partner meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, prepare meeting minutes, identify action items and track deliverables Market Intelligence 20% * Support market intelligence and technology scouting * Search for and evaluate partners that fit our business development strategy * Collect and analyze competition information.
