As the Business Development Manager, youll lead Glides marketplace strategy, engaging with lenders, title companies, insurance providers and other value-added services to improve the real estate transaction experience for our growing user base of 100,000+ real estate agents and consumers. Youre an ideal candidate if you have experience building a marketplace of vendors, developing and managing partner relationships, and a strong interest in real estate, technology or both.
You Will:
- Identify and reach out to potential partners in the industry
- Create financial models and analyze opportunities
- Negotiate and structure a wide variety of deals
- Collaborate with Account Management to integrate preferred vendors of high-value customers
- Collaborate with Product to optimize the user experience and maximize sales
- Participate in product planning and strategy discussions
- Help us grow the business in unexpected ways

Requirements
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of business development experience
- You have a Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in real estate
- You have successfully met quarterly KPIs / OKRs with demonstrated success at driving net new revenue
- You've prospected new partner relationships and negotiated new contract agreements
- You are comfortable in driving results throughout the entire life cycle (on-boarding, implementation, product feedback, upsell)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good charisma and communication skills
