Business Development Manager / Event Manager (Hospitality)

Job Description Job Description LOOK Cinemas is seeking a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate has experience and proven success with B2B sales and private/corporate events.

The perfect candidate is driven and resourceful, forward-thinking, and committed to creating incredible and memorable events for our clients. Responsibilities include: · Prospect and build corporate event database · Quote and plan corporate events in theatres – business meetings, private movie screenings, and special events · Create B2B marketing strategy for special events · Network with local business community, at chamber events and other business meetings · Research new leads and maintain active outreach · Represent the brand and venues to potential clients · Build and nurture client relationships · Manage event proposals, quote, and contracts · Utilize CRM platform to implement communication calendar and strategy · Provide sales reporting and analysis to management team · Develop strategic collateral and tools to generate new business · Meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals · Monitor special events and meeting venue industry for trends and insights Requirements: · Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in entertainment/hospitality/travel industry · Bachelor’s Degree in Business (prefer: Marketing, Sales, or Entertainment) · Working knowledge of local market · Strong interpersonal skills and client relations · Salesforce experience preferred Company Description Brought to you by the founder of in-theater dining with more than 20 years of experience, we are excited to announce our rapidly expanding new brandLOOK Dine-In Cinemas Within our first year, we have opened eleven locations with more opening in 2023 We seamlessly integrate movies with great food and exclusive smart technology to deliver guests with our signature uninterrupted theater experience.
