You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
Strong marketing and business development skills
Leading well, being a team builder, and making decisions skillfully
Understanding the local engineering and construction markets
Implementing Business Development strategies, including performing market research, managing the proposal development process, and meeting all submission deadlines
Generating leads, maintaining a client database, and attending various association and trade shows to meet potential clients during the day and also after regular business hours
