What you'll do
The primary accountability of the Business Development Manager lies in cultivating and expanding DocuSign's strategic partnership with Microsoft. In this capacity, the individual will be tasked with developing, prioritizing and driving co-selling strategies with Microsoft in the North America region driving significant revenue growth. This role works closely with sales, sales engineering, and marketing across both DocuSign and Microsoft.
We seek a highly motivated, determined, persuasive, and result-oriented professional to help manage DocuSign's strategic partnership with Microsoft in North America, emphasizing joint seller engagement and collaboration.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Business Development Director.
Responsibility
Run the co-sell motion(s) with partners and own the partner pipeline and revenue metrics
Activate DocuSign and partner sellers driving field collaboration
Leverage sales enablement tools and marketing materials to drive awareness and education around integrations internally and externally
Drive executive alignment across DocuSign and Microsoft Sales leaders
Activate pipeline generation and growth by working with marketing teams
Drive and support Quarterly Business Reviews for North America, adjust the plan based on business dynamics and deliver co-sell wins and revenue outcomes
Manage ongoing relationship with North America Microsoft Partner Development Manager(s) and leaders
Present partner updates at monthly executive meetings
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring
Basic
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of strategic partnerships, business development experience in the SaaS industry
Proven experience and success in a Partner / Channel / Alliances role
Demonstrable ability to achieve key revenue targets
Preferred
Strong understanding of cloud requirements in the North American market
Ability to create and present GTM plans and drive internal and external alignment
Demonstrated capabilities to use cross-functional support
Proactive, creative, and innovative problem solver
Self-motivated, organized, meticulous, and resourceful
Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, typically about 10%
Project management expertise, strong planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Result orientation and comfort with setting and achieving metrics & outcomes
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $96,600.00 - $149,325.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado:$91,200.00 - $125,400.00 base salary
Washington and New York (includes New York City): $91,200.00 - $132,900.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
