ABOUT THIS JOB

Are you a sales machine who wants to make a strategic impact on a fast-growing team? The LiveRamp Data Store is one of the fastest growing businesses within LiveRamp. Our dynamic and entrepreneurial team needs an experienced seller to help us scale customer touch points and drive revenue growth through process efficiency, cross-sell, up-sell. You will help market and sell the Data Store's data products & packages for the world's most sophisticated marketers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage top of funnel sales processes for the LiveRamp Data Store

  • Prospect into new and existing accounts to expand relationships and grow revenue

  • Develop new processes across pre-sale, contracting, and post-sale to help us scale efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: 1-2+ years Sales Development experience

  • Minimum fluency, ideally expert at Salesforce processes

  • Great communication skills both internally and externally

  • SaaS selling experience preferred - exposure to adtech and data is a bonus

  • Process oriented - you love solving problems with clean processes that scale

  • Extremely flexible able to tackle anything that comes your way

  • Remarkably strategic, driven and very entrepreneurial

  • Thrive on working with A-players

  • Ability to effectively prioritize in a rapidly changing environment

  • Should be easy to get along with, nice, fun, smart, ethical, and proactive

  • Preferred history of developing and successfully implementing scalable processes to solve complex problems

As a part of their responsibilities, the Manager will be engaging in constant dialogue between company executives and business leaders across the organization. The right person will be dynamic, strategic, and collaborative with an ability to digest and prioritize large amounts of data to craft a narrative. The Business Operations Strategy team sits across various business units in the Learning Services organization and provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning operational priorities with effective day-to-day operations and helping identify key operational areas of investment. Responsibilities and Requirements: Individuals will be responsible for meeting the criteria as described below. Individuals should provide examples of their ability to meet the expectations of the role, demonstrating a proven track record of capability. * Responsible for spearheading smaller projects and enjoys rolling up your sleeves to deliver results resourcefully * Proactive and self-starting. A seasoned, experienced professional who is motivated to drive a project to completion with limited supervision * Drive customer and revenue growth in our businesses, while ensuring profitability and scalability of the business * Examine existing business operations to identify gaps and opportunities * Create an analytical and research-based approach to expanding into new customer segments, product categories and content areas * Play a central role in contract negotiations, content investments and product expansion, ensuring that we utilize deeply studied models, scenario analysis, and competitive research * Be a key contributor to our strategy and execution within the learning services portfolio using analytics, competitor research, financial models and operational intelligence * Develop relationships with decision-makers across various functional organizations to gain a deep understanding of their needs, gaps, and opportunities * Present regularly to the C-team and operational leaders on insights and strategic recommendations Required Qualifications and Skills: All individuals should hold the following qualifications, or have equivalent experience, as applicable. All individuals should be able to provide examples of the indicated skills and competencies. * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in investment banking/private equity/venture capital, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company. * Bachelors in Statistics, Math or related quantitative fields or equivalent training or experience. * Meaningful operational and strategic experience, preferably at a fast-growing company * Extensive financial modeling experience and/or deep understanding of how key business drivers affect a company's financials * Demonstrated ability to drive business insights and operational improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment * Highly analytical, strategic and creative thinker with strong business judgment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others * Experience in communicating and interacting with executive-level personnel to share, inform, improve and maintain open dialogue * Passion for improving people's lives through education What is Chegg?
