Ceridian is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Manager, with experience in Enterprise SaaS Solutions, to grow our Enterprise HCM business by developing, coaching, and driving a high performing team towards achieving enterprise team goals.
The Sales Development Manager will lead a team of 8-10 SDRs that support a team of 20 Enterprise Sales Representatives across North America. You will provide account penetration strategy coaching and you will manage the team focused on targeted accounts from early prospecting through customer upsell stages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor SDRs to achieve sales pipeline targets
Develop, manage and implement outbound initiatives by working closely with sales, marketing and industry principles
Fine tune account selection processes to ensure SDR resources are focused on accounts that have high probability of turning into opportunities
Identify and refine reporting and analysis needs for the Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams
Coach and strategize account penetration tactics with SDR, Sales and Industry Principles
5+ years of related experience, ideally working with Enterprise SaaS solutions
Excellent people skills with an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude and a professional maturity suitable for a B2B environment
2+ years of experience in managing a high performing team
Strong track record of achieving targets in delivering sales
Salesforce.com power user
Ability to deliver and take initiative with minimal supervision in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, changing environment
Comfortable collaborating with teams and individuals across business units
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
The ability to resolve conflict in a diplomatic and professional manner
A flexible, enthusiastic "can do" attitude to work
