What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Appleton, Wisconsin.

The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in identifying strategic opportunities that enhance our competitive advantage. The position will focus on value-added products and services, including price risk management and customer relationship management. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute sales strategies, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Marketing, or related field required.

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a related field required.

• Working knowledge of SAP and Power BI preferred.

Our US headquarters is based out of our Appleton, WI, office and is home to about 70 employees. While this location does not produce any product, our modern office area is bustling with employees from all areas of the business.
