This position is responsible for directing all phases of new business development to government customers, with a focus on the Intelligence community.

Duties include:

  • Design, develop and execute an effective plan and strategy for increasing orders/bookings and program captures across our Intelligence and classified product portfolio.

  • Develop strong relationships with current and potential new customers to facilitate new opportunity uncovering and shaping.

  • Coordinate and manage new business capture through the complete business development cycle from planning, targeting and gathering through proposing and eventual closure.

  • Provide proficient knowledge of our products, product applications, systems and solutions to peers, partners and potential customers to develop potential new business opportunities.

  • Develop bid & win strategies and PTW (price-to-win) for selected pursuits.

  • Determine current demand for products and services for both the company and its competitors including future product feature-set direction & roadmaps.

  • Evaluate market and competitive conditions and develop competitive assessments.

  • Develop business forecasts for customer, market and product line.

  • Have the ability to assess customer influence within customer organizations.

  • Provide a voice of the customer back to the business.

  • Travel as required to support opportunity identification and pursuit efforts.

  • Generate briefing materials as they pertain to the customer's interests/needs, and present briefings at customer or L3 locations as needed.

  • B.S. degree in business or technical field (BSEE or BSME preferred) or equivalent required; MBA a plus.

  • Relevant technical background is highly desired. Experience with RF, Communications Security and/or complex electromechanical packaging for severe environments highly desirable.

  • Prior customer application knowledge, architectures and CONOPS preferred.

  • Ability to make formal presentations to senior decision makers including the ability to present complex technology in a positive manner.

  • Possess a winning mindset.

  • Experience developing proposal strategies.

  • Ability to travel 50% or more.

  • Must have strong presentation and analytical skills.

  • Must possess strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Thorough understanding of government contracting practices preferred.

  • Microsoft Office Suite skills, including high proficiency in PowerPoint.

  • Must be able to perform independently, while still being a team player and a self-starter who can relate well to peers.

  • An active Top Secret clearance is required, with prior TS/SCI or eligibility.

This position may be filled at a higher grade based on the successful applicant's skills, education and experience.

The overall responsibility of a business intelligence manager is to develop, improve or leverage existing business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, work systems or methods for reporting. This position works closely with other facilities management and internal staff including regional leaders across sites to align organizational capabilities in work demand management, portfolio and performance metrics management. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, computer savvy in using various applications and possess excellent communication and presentation creation skills. This role is also responsible to disseminate information regarding tools, reports or metadata enhancements to global systems platforms and applications such as CMMS (AMMS), ServiceNow, Confluence, Tableau, Facebook Workplace, Saba, etc. As the business intelligence senior analyst, integral to the role is shaping and deploying new, innovative business models, enterprise systems with performance management data reporting for the global facilities organization. All About You Responsibilities: * Monitor and track the lifecycle management and performance quality of global systems such as CMMS, BMS/EMS, ServiceNow, LMS specifically used for facilities. * Manage the roll out and data maintenance of global portfolios and site project status reporting tool using Confluence to ensure sites information is kept current * Manage the roll out, tracking and reporting of monthly performance metrics and KPIs for Facilities Operations across all sites. Work closely with each site representative to provide current information for reporting purposes. * Develop annual surveys, polls, and focus groups to measure employee satisfaction and inform continuous improvement opportunities. * Manage Facebook Workplace and web content for facilities operations for San Diego headquarters, with opportunities to extend to other AMR locations as needed. * Promote the submission of department nominations for various rewards and recognition programs (e.g. quarterly values awards, team awards, etc.) * Develop a strategic marketing plan to promote facilities services and functions on various media platforms such as intranet, e-signage, newsletters and other streams for communications. * Manage regular updates to Facilities strategic plan and roadmap documents. Track progress against annual improvement plans across sites. * Domestic and international travel to other sites, as needed. Preferred Experiential Background: * 5+ years of experience in (combined) facilities management and operations, office administration, information technology and project management. Business analyst skills and experience necessary. * An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. * Prior industry experience in Life science, clinical, biotech or pharma experience is a plus. * Previous experience working with a CMMS, IWMS, or work order management systems preferred. Also, must be computer proficient using Microsoft Office, Confluence, Tableau, or other dashboard reporting applications. * Business and financial acumen a plus. Ability to create written documentation, communicate and develop presentations at all levels of the organization. * Team-oriented, works well with others and customer service focused is essential. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (4+years) preferred. * Certification/Licensure: * CFM or PMP certificate a plus.
