Business Development Executive - Healthcare
Drive sales and revenue with strategic business development while fostering client relationships and cross-selling innovative solutions.
Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role:
BDEs are relationship-builders. They develop networks within their client base, within the market they're targeting and with key partners. They are team-players and in many cases, leaders. To get business done internally and externally, BDEs lean on a cross-functional internal team to configure winning proposals and projects that meet our client's needs. BDEs negotiate agreements with the customer, and internally with commercial colleagues to ensure that customer requirements are met at an acceptable level of profitability.
When we win new clients, we want to keep them and build a great client experience. BDEs are key to cultivating this and are always looking for ways in which additional products/services and breadth of solutions can grow the client relationship.

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Avanade, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by helping new and existing clients solve their most complex business issues.
