We are hiring for a Business Development Engineer

Position Summary:

• Develop and maintain Strategic Business Plans.

• Develop and maintain Marketing Plans.

• Manage existing customers.

• Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood, communicated and met.

• Ensure the best business practices are applied to benefit our customers.

• Drive communication with existing customers, develop customer strategies and solve problems.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with all levels of customer management.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service and grow revenue.

• Support preparation of proposals, meetings and other activities targeted at customer opportunities.

Education and Experience:

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

• One to three years in Business Development and Sales or Equivalent Role

• Knowledge of semiconductor assembly a big plus.

• Excellent MS Office skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with cross functional teams in matrix organizations.
