Outcomes for the Job:
1.Conversion Performance: Build to and maintain a minimum of 10% conversion rate on all leads provided through HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Sales, Service, and Plumbing.
2.Incremental Revenue Growth: Build to and maintain dollars sold to $1.5m annually, with an end goal of reaching $2m annually.
3.Discount Management: Utilization of "Value Add" over price reduction in the sales efforts, maintaining a discount maximum of 5% blended across all divisional sales.
