Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Marketing Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the workforce to gain hands-on experience in business development and marketing strategies. You’ll play a key role in supporting efforts to expand client base and support the Business development department’s initiatives.

Responsibilities: • Gain a foundational understanding of our business products and value proposition. • Assist in building relationships with professionals in financial institutions, including hedge funds and asset managers. • Help reach out to prospective clients to foster connections and arrange meetings. • Support the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives that align with our business goals. • Develop compelling marketing campaigns to increase attendance at events hosted by the company around the world. • Conduct research on potential clients and identify new business opportunities. • Maintain and update CRM platform. • Assist in identifying new markets to enhance sales through targeted strategies. • Collaborate in creating marketing materials (presentations, flyers, etc.) to increase firm’s visibility. • Other duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience: • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in Finance or Economics is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required Requirements: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong self-motivation and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with financial markets and investment management. • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus. • Multilingual abilities (e.g., French, German, Portuguese) are advantageous. • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and time management skills. • Dependable, detailed-oriented, great attitude and team player are very desired
