Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
5+ years of applicable experience in use of Six Sigma (or similar) methodology
5+ years of project/program management experience

Responsibilities:
THIS POSITION WILL LEAD CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS THROUGH APPLICATION OF SIX SIGMA (OR SIMILAR) METHODOLOGY TO IMPROVE IT BUSINESS PERFORMANCE. POSITION DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Lead improvement projects to realization and financial validation through application of Lean and Six Sigma methodology

Projects focus on standard process implementation, defect reduction or waste elimination to achieve functional and system improvement, organization development, cost reduction, work process, and quality improvement.

Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing data, gathering voice of customer information and defining the problem as an executable six sigma improvement project.

Apply lean tools including value stream mapping, kaizen, brainstorming to identify and organize Kaizen improvement teams.

Draft charters for improvement projects with clearly defined benefits, scope, resource requirements and project plan with milestones and timeline.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills

Ability to organize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

Capability to prioritize multiple diverse activities at any given time
