We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare professional that wants to use their passion for helping others by educating the community about our services as a Business Development/Clinical Liaison. In this role you will be working side by side with physicians and discharge planners to evaluate and make recommendations of care for their acute care patients. This position can play a critical role in the care of a patient and assist families in making important healthcare decisions.

Summary:
The Business Development/Clinical Liaison performs assessments of potential patients and coordinates admission approval and intake processes. In addition, is responsible for implementation of marketing and public relations activities which will support awareness/education and utilization of the Hospital's services to customer groups, and other community members. This position is on PRN basis.

Responsible for educating physicians, healthcare professionals and other community related service areas about Landmark Hospitals and its core capabilities. This involves 1:1 physician interaction, presentations and professional education activities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Degree or higher

  • Professional Healthcare License (RN, LPN, or RT)

  • 1-3 years of related experience in Healthcare; ICU, critical care, long term acute care preferred

  • Ability to perform patient assessments, medical terminology a must

  • Possess the ability to influence and provide appropriate clinical evaluation and input regarding patients

  • Sales/Business Development strongly preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented

  • Travel required (territory assigned)

Clinical Sales Specialist This position will be responsible for establishing new business opportunities for sales in the physician office market. The Clinical Specialist is accountable for achieving the territory budget, new accounts and growing base business. The target segments include: primary care, pediatricians, rheumatologists, infectious disease, dermatologists, and other specialists physician in the Physician Office Market Segment. Other target segments include, congregated living, public health and government. Role Responsibilities: * Sell and support products in the assigned territory * Develop new business plans and forecast to reach sales objectives for territory. * Work within set expense budget to achieve results. * Technical liaison with customer base to ensure satisfaction with product and company. * Routinely interact and collaborate with hospital/ lab counterparts. * Support key national lab partner initiatives and engage in co-marketing activities. * Prepare and deliver presentations to individuals and small groups. * Provide management with concise, accurate and timely reports. * Work effectively with co-marketing partners and independently to achieve territory and company goals. Qualifications/Experience: * Four (4) year Bachelor's Degree or Bachelors of Science degree is required * Three (3) plus years of Pharma and Diagnostic selling experience * Territory Management/Field Sales Experience * Proven record of success in pharma and diagnostics * Experience with Customer Relationship Management: Sales Force Dot Com * Selling in Physician office Laboratory Market (Hospital selling experience a plus) * Travel Required.
