We are growing and are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role, you will be the link between the shopper and our Sales Teams. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the dealership(s), prospective vehicles, and purchasing options. You would assist in connecting the appropriate dealership Salesperson with the shopper and ensuring that the shopper's needs have been met on future follow-up calls. You will learn about the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. You'll be joining a great team, many of whom have been with the company for over 10 years! This is a full-time position, which includes a salary + bonus compensation plan. Expected yearly compensation: $45,000-$55,000

Responsibilities
Answer customer questions, make sales appointments, execute follow-up plans
Respond quickly to internet, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat workflows and protocols
Provide customers with product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team & process development sessions - building positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Able to work efficiently, exhibiting strong time management skills.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
