Altitude is seeking a Business Development Associate to support and lead projects that have a direct impact on the growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

You will be joining a team of expert software engineers and business professionals that are focused on changing industrial automation with our best-in-class software platform, the Altitude OS. In this role, you will have meaningful interactions with the CEO as well as exposure to the day-to-day operations of a high-growth technology startup.

What You'll Do

• Develop and apply strategies to execute the business plan to achieve desired results (i.e., to increase client base, optimize operations, develop KPIs, etc.)

• Work cross-functionally with the engineering team to scope product demos and develop new offerings.

• Identify new customers and evaluate the company's sales strategies.

• Analyze market trends and advise on how to position the company to take advantage of them.

• Assist in management operations to ensure successful long-term deployments at customer facilities.

• Work closely with CFO to build-out financial modeling.

• Create data-driven reports to position the company for future growth.

• Work with AI and robotics experts and business professionals from Waymo, Google, Princeton, Carnegie Mellon, and BYU.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Business Development or related field, preferably in a startup environment.

• Excellent writing skills, for communications and business process documentation.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Experience with financial modeling is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a startup environment as a self-starter.
