We will utilize a preferred payroll service for selected candidate.

The temporary Business Development and Marketing Manager will oversee the team's efforts for the Litigation Global Practice, which includes IP Litigation, Supreme Court and Appellate and Labor, and Employment and Immigration PATs. This individual will interact with the PAT leaders and key lawyers on the budget, directory submissions, pitch opportunities and targeted business development activities. The team is supported by two Coordinators. The Manager will provide direction and guidance to the team on work product and deliverables and will interact with others across the Marketing department. The Manager will report to the Director of Business Development and Marketing and will meet weekly to discuss projects, initiatives and management of the team.

Education and/or Experience:


  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university, preferably in business or similar field

  • Experience in law firms (especially in the practice areas listed above) and/or strategic planning, sales, market assessment or positioning in financial services industry or other professional services

  • Previous management experience
