Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Business Development Director (BDD), this position will be responsible for the analytical requirements as it relates to; channel strategy, advertising and promotion budget process, performance analysis, decision support, and business projects. Ensure results provide service of excellence maximizing the profitability of our organization by creating/recommending innovative yet realistic commercial/sales strategies via analytics, implementing key performance indicators, and facilitating critical information across departments and for all strategic commercial territories. Provides Commercial-Administrative support to the BDD.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for the following processes / reports:

  • Manage Monthly A&PO processing / Invoice status / Track Payments (AP role)

  • Responsible for Billback Process (AP Role)

  • Processes the A&P invoices for the team, following up signatures and (timely payments- AP Role) through Docusign.

  • Support Commercial Finance with A/D & TPR Invoicing tracking while maintaining report overview for LE/budget (Needs to be Commercial Finance driven)

  • Responsible for tracking Trademarketing A&P and provide monthly updates to BDD and Trade Marketing Manager (review with audit purposes)

  • Track and review trade marketing and commercial activities are implemented as planned.

  • Manages communication with ORK to ensure all depletions are accounted for correctly each month and if needed follows up with BD/Distributors.

  • Provide monthly analysis on Stock and Depletions model vs forecast provided

  • Analyze and communicate (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports and trackers on business performance, provide BDDs with analysis upon request (KPI's). Such as depletion report, innovation tracker, channel performance, Key account performance reports, etc..

  • Gathers information internally/externally to coordinate the following reports with Finance/MKTG:

  • Monthly Commercial Reports

  • Implementation/Execution updates and results based on KPIs and ROI targets

  • Support BD team on "Relay Markets" opportunities based on Trade and Commercial initiatives.

  • Under the direction and guidance of the BDD, and in partnership with other relevant departments, collects and gathers competitive market information and reports information and recommended plan of action.

  • Support BI Manager with the price survey process to ensure completion of specified markets. Quarterly and follow up with BD when needed

  • Provides support for Adhoc requests from BD Director

  • Support in preparation of market/customer visits presentations

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Undergraduate degree required with 3+ years of sales/business support experience, preferably in the Spirits and Wine industry.

Experience: Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, communication and interpersonal skills, Excel power user and PPT experience.

Skills: Excellent MS Excel skills, OBI (sales tool), E1 general business platform/database.emi Fluent in English and Spanish.

Expectation of travel: Less than 10%
