Business Development Analyst

LifeMine is seeking a Business Development Analyst to partner with the SVP, Corporate and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Discussions:

• Contribute to discussions with prospective pharma partners

• Conduct research and prepare materials to support discussions

• Help drive internal deal discussions for the stakeholders, management team and the Board

• Support deal negotiations and contracting

Corporate Strategy:

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the market opportunity, competitive environment, and value proposition related to the pipeline programs.

• Support the R&D and clinical teams as needed.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

• Continually track and analyze competitor activities and the impact of new clinical findings.

• Participate in relevant industry conferences.

Partnership and Alliance Oversight:

• As needed, manage, and support existing and new partnerships or collaborations.

Fundraising support

• General support in the next round of financing which may include preparing investor materials and assisting with diligence questions.

• Help manage data room and follow up discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Science or Engineering required with Life Sciences consulting background

• In an MBA program or have completed an MBA program

• PhD or MD preferred

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, in addition to excellent organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
