This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA)
OVERVIEW:
Glenmede Investment Management is seeking a motivated individual with proven organizational and analytical skills to support the external sales team in prospecting efficiency, sales targeting and investment strategy analysis. Responsibilities will include territory analysis, investment strategy competitive analysis and product positioning. The analysis will assist the sales team in acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with financial advisors, institutional investors and investment consultants. The Business Development Associate should be a self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations. A background in investment manager research, data analysis and portfolio construction are ideal. The Business Development Associate will be a team player, resourceful, and selfless in the execution of all tasks. Primary responsibilities are arming the Business Development Officers with information to assist in developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with investors across our suite of investment strategies.
