Title: Business Development Coordinator

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Essential Duties:

  • Assist and follow directions from the Director of Business Development and New Business Specialist.

  • Respond to inbound leads for new business properties and process applications.

  • Implement marketing strategies to meet rental and sales goals.

  • Manage property turnover schedules and ensure properties are ready by the availability date.

  • Maintain marketing and advertising through multiple sites.

  • Create and send weekly updates to property owners until units are rented.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for property upkeep and turnover needs.

  • Perform communication with owners, tenants, and vendors; act as a point of contact.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current owners and tenants.

  • Ensure all new accounts have appropriate documentation and accounting staff have necessary information.
