Job Description

Essential Functions

Performs secondary market research and analysis. Supports primary market research through participation in new product blueprinting projects.

Builds value in use models and business propositions Analyzes market data and can develop recommendations from imperfect / incomplete data sets. Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments. Assists in developing feasibility studies/business plans for new product development.

Assists in developing marketing campaigns for new products and services. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Monitors competitors and reviews Albemarle's products and services in light of competitors developments Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Enterprise Information Security, Security Engineering & Services (SE&S) is establishing an adherence program targeted at advising and assisting SE&S control owners towards ensuring each control has a strategic direction, the appropriate supporting processes and procedures are in places, and that defined metrics are in place; including Key Risk Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, and Key Control Indicators. This program will provide: * A common set of elements that improves our ability to comprehensively understand and aggregate risk * Clear accountability for identifying and closing gaps and remediating risks * The ability to identify and prioritize remediation more comprehensively and effectively This position will assist with the the overall SE&S team which is focused on improving the security posture of Wells Fargo by applying security controls to balance business needs and the need to maintain and protect Wells Fargo assets. Primary responsibilities for the individual in this role will be: * Managing across the matrixed organization. * Development and implementation of program requirements * Development and maintenance of program documentation and supporting job aids; * Ongoing execution of data quality and policy adherence reviews and recording and reporting of results; * Supporting design, development and production of reporting to support front line and independent risk management requirements; * Drafting periodic reports for senior management, including trend analysis and recommendations Please note: This is a telecommuting/remote position. Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning * 5+ years of management experience * 10 + years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise wide business initiatives * 1+ years of Six Sigma Blackbelt experience * 8+ years of analytics experience * 5+ years of experience one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling in an information security environment, information technology environment, or a combination of both * 5 + years of experience leading matrixed resources Desired Qualifications * Experience with information security and risk management including: policy and standards, information security assessment, and mitigation solution design and implementation * Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills * Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * SharePoint experience * Ability to interact with all levels of an organization Job Expectations * Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
