Corporate Solutions is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, primarily comprised of Corporate Equity Solutions (CES), Corporate Retirement Solutions and MS Financial Wellness. The overall goal and vision of Corporate Solutions is to create a consistent corporate employee ("participant") experience and to engage them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a furthering and deepening of their Morgan Stanley Wealth Management relationships. Our approach will be highly scalable, leveraging an omni-channel strategy with an emphasis on messaging, onboarding, cross-selling, activation and servicing. Our goal will be to drive growth across all client segments, including the Mass-Affluent, with new digital capabilities.
This opening is for an experienced business professional to support the data, reporting, and business analysis needs of the Corporate Solutions businesses. As part of the analytics team, the individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining and reconciling Access databases, standard & ad hoc reports and dashboards. The candidate will be expected to develop a strategic understanding of and be able to communicate a holistic view of our business from multiple, disparate data sources.
Interface with business partners to develop and validate reporting solutions, including reports, dashboards, data feeds, and comprehensive data requirements
Define, develop, and oversee the production of the data feeds, managerial reports, analyses and presentations
Institute and maintain stringent data quality controls, with a focus on data accuracy and the repeatability of analyses, data feeds and reporting
Provide ongoing data & reporting support for our various product areas within Corporate Solutions
Coordinate with different teams including Finance, FA Comp, Wealth Management Strategy, Technology, and work with them as business partners to resolve issues and implement strategic solutions
Construct and maintain work procedures periodically, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit
Candidate should possess strong analytic abilities, communication skills, technical proficiency in MS Access/Excel/PowerPoint, Tableau and be capable of understanding the businesses behind the data in order to facilitate productive interactions with business partners. Familiarity with the AGILE development framework a plus
Additionally, candidate should demonstrate strong financial industry experience and acumen, and a minimum of 5 years experience working on various data projects. Bachelor's degree is required.
