Responsibilities:

  • -Review legal documents for vehicle purchases and check for appropriate signatures once completed
  • -Communicate with sales and management personnel regarding vehicle purchase
  • -Serve as final point of contact before completed deal transitions to accounting
  • -Work to improve paperwork process and efficiencies to help the customer and the dealership
  • -Follow up with customers when necessary and provide customer with paperwork copies and temporary license plate

Requirements:

  • -High school diploma
  • -Organization and attention to detail
  • -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products
  • -Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • -Ability to multi-task within tight timeframes
  • -Meticulous attention to detail
  • -Focus and professionalism
  • -Genuine desire to serve
  • -Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • -Experience in a fast-paced environment
