Job Description:

This position is in the Consumer and Small Business AML Team supporting all Consumer Channels and Operational Processes. This role manages projects within the AML Initiative Program, leading technology changes through the end to end process of requirements, people process and procedures, testing support, control metrics, and hand over to Process Owners.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Center On-boarding and Maintenance processes

  • 2+ years of BAC Enterprise Change Framework processes and/or Project Management Lead experience

  • Facilitation with Compliance, Business Partners, and Technology (Influencing and follow up)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Office, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and on deadline

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Detailed documentation of business requirements, meeting minutes, tasks and workplans meeting quality standards and reviews

Preferred Skills:

  • PMI (Project Management Institute) certification

The EPO teams oversee the execution of significant processes across the enterprise by partnering with Legal, Compliance and the Front Line Units (FLUs)/Control Functions (CFs). EPOs perform standard functions to identify and mitigate risks, achieve operating targets and consistently comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Quality Monitoring Team develops controls and performance measures to monitor FLU adherence to requirements through initial control assessments. The team creates and implements routine to gather QM metrics from FLU/CFs, rolls out performance measurements and implements reporting as applicable. Job Description: This role is a key member of the Quality Monitoring team, and requires a strong operational background, risk framework (QA Standard) knowledge and understanding of Complaint requirements. * Provides analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. * Gathers and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. * Prepares documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. * Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.
