Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree, OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Certification as an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or in the process of obtaining certification.
Assist Business Continuity Manager with coordinating all core BCP activities in an assigned geographical area, and serving as the catalyst to ensure the BCP activities are carried out by the most effective and efficient means possible.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing all pertinent BCP data and information.
Responsible for writing business impact analysis reports client personnel on Business Continuity Management issues, guidelines, & procedures. Responsible for maintaining the business continuity plans and providing education to leadership, management, department administrators and line staff, as appropriate, as to the content of the plan, how to effectively use the plan, and participate in the plan review and update.
Works closely with the BCM Manager in ensuring all the overall program goals are being achieved.
Responsible for ensuring all established BCP performance measures are being met or exceeded
Per client manager, start date is listed as 8/20 but would like candidate to start earlier if cleared all onboarding requirements earlier. Also, travel (10%) is primarily for attending meetings in the East Bay.
