The Strategic Programmes and Business Continuity Team is looking for a dynamic Business Continuity coordinator. The team not only defines what Business Continuity (BC) means for SWIFT, we also exercise our BC capabilities and ensure all our BC processes and procedures work as defined. If you have a passion for BC and would like to be involved in how BC should evolve in SWIFT or if you would like to coordinate big and smaller BC exercises, this job could be for you.

Lead the execution of major Business Continuity exercises
Coordinate BC activities with key stakeholders across the company
Own and drive BC improvement actions
Plan BC exercises
Ensure resiliency and BC commitments of new services are met
Promote BC across the company
University degree or equivalent through professional experience
At least 3-4 years in a similar function or within SWIFT Operations
Skills and Experience
Experience in SWIFT Operations is a big asset
Knowledge of SWIFT products and services is an asset
