About the team

FIS's InTrader solution is an integrated platform for bank treasury and portfolio management, clearance and settlement. It offers: Trading and sales, Investment Portfolio, Safekeeping, and Funding and correspondent services. Provided in an ASP environment, InTrader includes general ledger, DDA processing, workflow management, online security movement and control and cash management resources. Highly scalable - InTrader can service some of the smallest banks in the nation to the very largest banks in the nation with ease. InTrader's components can help our clients optimize investment returns while streamlining operational efficiency.

What you will be doing

You will be working alongside our project managers, business analysts, and developers supporting the implementation and enhancement to our clients for all of the InTrader solutions.

What you bring:

  • Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.

  • Serves as liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects.

  • Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.

  • Defines product scope, objectives and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing.

  • Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

  • Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc. Also analyzes system impacts to other systems and procedures.

  • Devises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and to solve most complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.

  • Writes test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements made to applications meet client needs and application integrity is maintained.

  • Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests. Conducts tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.

  • Influences clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

  • Acts as team leader for technical aspects of consulting projects leading sub-plans or small projects. May mentor, guide, advise and/or check work of less experienced business systems analysts and technology business consultants.

  • May play a key role in training client and technical support personnel on enhancements, new systems or procedures. Training may be delivered one-on-one as knowledge transfer or in a classroom setting depending on number in audience and client preference.

You will partner with clients and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth & profitability and help clients achieve their fleet goals Duties & Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Element team members on strategic accounts to define retention/growth strategies and provide required analytic support * Maintain regular interaction to proactively identify new savings or other opportunities for all assigned clients * Conduct thorough and detailed analyses using client data and decision support models * Interpret data and make meaningful and creative recommendations to the client * Partner with the Account Team to develop and/or enhance client relationship through consulting engagement * Identify and articulate best practices within an industry Qualifications: * Technical or Business Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting Concentration preferred) * MBA or technical Graduate degree strongly desired * Minimum of 3 years' business experience * Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach * Ability to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with "C-Level" audience in a client or prospect organization * Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving * Experience with and ability to interpret of financial models; Microsoft Excel proficiency * Thoroughness, persistence and a desire to get to the root-cause of problems * Willingness to travel occasionally * Availability after hours and weekends, on occasion Element Fleet Management is the world's leading global fleet management company, providing world-class financial and management services for commercial fleets.
