Business Consultant (Associate Consultant)

About this opportunity

Ericsson seeks a Business Consultant (Associate Consultant) in Plano, Texas, & various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. who will serve to drive or participate incustomer engagements from leadgeneration to contract fulfillment, helping to ensure that the consultingprojects are fulfilled with quality, intime and within budget.

What you will do:

Assist Project Managers in the delivery of clientprojects, supporting or leading workstreams in the analysis oftechnical and business strategy implications. Conduct analyses focusing on comprehensive research and data collection, the development of business cases, and the preparation of presentation materials.

Analyze customer and user offerings and market scenarios, develop conclusions and customer go-to-market strategy.Create and present client expectations, operating at a high level,at all times. Work closely with the customer to be able to propose improvements and identify new business opportunities. Assist Managing Directors with insights to grow follow-on business with existing clients while delivering on client-specific projects, thereby providing proactive contributions with business development and sales support activities.

Create business plans and financial models, marketing strategies and studies, distribution, and supply chain metrics, and implementation plans. Interact with all levels of consultant within the team, from associate consultant to managing director, with consistent exposure to the most senior and most experienced team members. Partner and work with our Global Consulting Team onselected projects.

Partner with teammembers to develop data driven high-value insights that can help drivedecisions and recommendations forgrowth into new and existing markets. Requires 25% domestic travel.

You will bring:

Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration,Finance, or a related field and 2 years of experience in technology, media,and telecommunications (TMT) sector OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector. 2 years of experience to include (w/Master's or w/ Bachelor's): performing market research and analysis within the TMT Sector, including TAM, SAM, and SOM, for North America and global markets; reviewing and analyzing full profit and loss (P&L) and cash flows; developing professional consulting insights and presentations to client stakeholders; writing advanced Excel scripts; and programming with C++,Java, or Python. 1 year experience to include (w/ Master's or w/ Bachelor's): applying telecommunication concepts and technologies: LTE, VoLTE, VoIP,FWA, Fiber, Cable, or Wireless.
