As part of the Medicare NextGen program, this role will be part of a high performing team responsible for supporting our internal business partners in Enrollment, Billing and Reconciliation with gathering requirements, configuration, testing and business readiness for assets in this space. Primary responsibilities will be supporting operational, financial and regulatory reporting so must love working with data.
This role will be responsible for building operational, financial and regulatory reports so should have strong SQL skill sets including but not limited to Oracle, Oracle PL-SQL package development, DB2. While GUI applications will be available for SQL development the candidate must have the ability to script raw sql with complex joins and have the ability to optimize queries through various techniques
Accountable for politely interrogating the business to understand their requirements and priorities
Interfacing with vendor partners to understand platform capabilities to identify gaps
Configure the platform to meet business requirements (including development of reports on DB2, Oracle and Oracle PLSQL packages)
Contribute as a member of a SCRUM team and execute on assigned responsibilities within SAFE Agile framework
Perform user acceptance testing to validate configurations and core platform changes
Prepare business for change through development of policies, procedures and workflows
(*) 4+ of Medicare/ Medicaid experience preferably in Enrollment and Billing desired
(*) 4+ Strong Business background but also a strong technical background (SQL skill sets including but not limited to Oracle, Oracle PL-SQL package development, DB2) multiple years of experience in report writing in SQL, PL SQL and Oracle
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
